ご注文キャンセルをされた場合でも、すでに出荷完了している場合にはお受けできないことがございます。あらかじめご了承ください。

 

配送日数

現在、自社アトリエにて縫製・プリント・刺繍を伴う商品に関しまして、ご注文が集中しており、通常より発送にお時間をいただく場合がございます。

特に金曜午後以降のご注文は、翌週末頃の発送となる可能性がございます。

※アクセサリーやシューズなど一部商品は、通常どおり発送いたします。

ご注文は年中無休で承っておりますが、制作・発送は平日のアトリエ稼働日に順次対応しております。お客様には大変ご迷惑をおかけいたしますが、お急ぎの際は余裕をもってご注文いただけますと幸いです。

ご注文頂いてから自社で裁断縫製を致しますのでお届けまで2週間から1か月後に発送させて頂きます。

サイズについて

商品ページ内の「SIZE GUIDE」に記載しております。
※商品によって1～2cmの誤差がある場合があります。ご了承ください。

 

カラーについて

Shipping fees are flat rates calculated by continent/region:

・Asia: ¥2,500
・Europe: ¥3,200
・America: ¥3,900
・Oceania: ¥3,900

 

Eligible International Destinations
We officially export to the following countries and regions:
Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea, Japan, United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, Italy, Netherlands, Germany, France.

• Customs duties, local taxes, and import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
• If you request hem alteration, it will take an additional 5 business days before dispatch.
• Even if you request a order cancellation, we may not be able to accept it if the shipment has already been completed. Please be aware of this in advance.

 

Delivery Days
Currently, due to a concentration of orders for products that involve sewing, printing, and embroidery at our own atelier, shipping may take longer than usual.
In particular, orders placed after Friday afternoon may be shipped around the following weekend.

• Some items such as accessories and shoes will be shipped as usual.
  Orders are accepted 24/7 year-round, but production and shipping are handled sequentially on weekdays when the atelier is operating. We apologize for any inconvenience caused, but if you are in a hurry, we would appreciate it if you could place your order with plenty of time to spare.
  Estimated international delivery times typically take 5 to 8 business days after dispatch, depending on customs clearance.

About PRE ORDER
Products with “PRE ORDER” written on the purchase button are made-to-order items. Since we cut and sew the items in-house after receiving your order, we will ship them 2 weeks to 1 month later.

Depending on the product, there may be an error of 1 to 2 cm. Please understand.

 

About Color
