返品・交換について

当店では、以下の場合に限り返品・交換を承ります。

お届けした商品に初期不良があった場合
ご注文内容と異なる商品が届いた場合

商品到着後 7日以内 に必ずご連絡ください。状況を確認のうえ、返品・交換のご案内をさせていただきます。

 

お客様都合による返品・交換について

「イメージと違った」「サイズが合わない」「注文を間違えた」などの お客様ご都合による良品の返品・交換は承っておりません。あらかじめご了承ください。

 

返金について

返品が承認された場合、以下の方法で返金を行います。

原則として、ご注文時と同じお支払い方法にて返金いたします。
クレジットカードの場合はカード会社を通じての返金となります。
代金引換の場合は、ご指定口座への振込返金とさせていただきます。
コンビニ決済など一部のお支払い方法については、銀行振込でのご返金となる場合がございます。

返金処理が完了してから実際の反映までに数日〜数週間かかることがあります。

 

返品送料・手数料について

不良品・誤配送など当店の不備による場合は、当店にて送料及び手数料を負担いたします。
お客様都合による返品・交換はお受けできません。

 

About Returns and Exchanges

Our store accepts returns and exchanges only in the following cases:
・If there is an initial defect in the delivered product
・If a product different from your order details arrives

Please be sure to contact us within 7 days after the product arrives. We will check the situation and guide you through the return and exchange process.

 

Returns and Exchanges due to Customer’s Convenience
We do not accept returns or exchanges of non-defective items due to customer convenience, such as “it was different from the image”, “the size does not fit”, or “ordered by mistake”. Please be aware of this in advance.

About Refunds
If a return is approved, we will issue a refund using the following methods:
・In principle, refunds will be made using the same payment method used at the time of order.
・In the case of credit cards, the refund will be processed through the card company.
・For convenience store payments and certain other payment methods, the refund may be processed via bank transfer.

It may take several days to several weeks from the completion of the refund process until it is actually reflected.

About Return Shipping Fees and Commissions
If it is due to our store’s deficiency, such as a defective product or incorrect delivery, our store will bear the shipping fees and commissions.
Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience cannot be accepted.
